How do I get the LoyaltyPay app?
Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you are unsure which listing is correct, use the app links on this site or ask us via email — we will point you to the official build.
I have a problem with a transaction or my wallet — who do I contact?
Email our general support address with your cellphone number, approximate time of the transaction, and a short description. We will help track down what went wrong. For complex cases, the team may need a few business days to investigate with partners.
We are a retailer or community — how do we get involved?
